Why nails are booked as standalone appointments
In many salons, nail services are layered onto the end of a colour appointment or squeezed into a gap in the stylist's schedule. At Mintbterra, nails are a separate discipline. Our nail technician holds a dedicated hourly block for each client — no other work is happening at the table. This matters technically: clean nail prep, proper free-edge shaping, correct gel adhesion, and refined art application all require hands that are not distracted by another service in progress. We use professional-grade gel systems and hard gel for structural work. Nail art is planned in advance where designs are complex — clients who want detailed work are asked to send a reference image when booking so materials can be prepared.

Hard Gel Extensions
Structural nail extensions built with hard gel over forms or tips. Suited to clients with weak or short natural nails who want defined length without acrylic. Fill appointments available.
Nail Art
Geometric, botanical, or abstract designs applied with liner brushes and stamping tools. Complex multi-nail art requires a reference image submitted at booking — we prepare materials in advance.
Gel Removal & Rehab
Safe, foil-wrap removal with cuticle oil infusion and a nail plate assessment. For damaged or thinned nails, we recommend a treatment interval before reapplying gel or extensions.
